Contact us before sending any item back. Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email hosam2025murar@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
