30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories or certificates. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards, personalized items, and pierced earrings where hygiene restrictions apply may not be eligible, subject to applicable law.
How to request a return or exchange

- Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the request.
- For a damaged or incorrect item, attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping.
Return shipping
For approved preference-based returns, return shipping is normally paid by the customer. If we confirm an item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll provide the appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers can require additional time before the credit appears. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
Exchanges and cancellations
Exchange availability depends on stock. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or the parcel ships.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
